Intellectual Property Complaints Reset

I had an Intellectual Property Complaint over 6 months ago. It is still showing on my “Account Health”. I have contacted support many times and just received the usual refusal of removal. Does anyone know if there is a period of time before this is automatically removed by Amazon?

You need to look under your account health for the date of the complaint and the amazon period which I believe it is (28-Jun-2019 - 24-Dec-2019), so if the date of the complaint was before 28th of June, it should automatically be removed.
