hello, yesterday i recived a mail from amazon for my germany account -:
Dear Selling Partner,
Your account in DE is blocked due to details (Legal name/address) mismatch.
Kindly reach out to the VAT Ops team on de-vat-number-appeals-eu@amazon.com for more details.

above that i received from amazon that name or address is mismatch but in my VAT certificate everything is correct still don’t know why i received this mail and notification
is there anyone who received same kind of mail ? regarding that , even my name is address same as in my seller account but still i got that can you please help for this

Do your details on your VAT match your company etc on Amazon completely?
That is basically what they are telling you, that there is a mismatch between the two.
