UPS not collecting FBA

UPS not collecting FBA

Ive seen a few issues but on June 15th I sent one box with 27 items via UPS to FBA - It was placed in a UPS access point locker 6hrs after a got the label.

As of now UPS STILL have not collected the item from the locker according to the tracking.

Has anyone else had this issue because this is only the 2nd box ive sent via the same way with the first box arriving in 4 days of dropping off.

Ive messaged UPS today and am waiting on a reply the box is 3.3k in weight and 30cm by 30cm by 30cm so not what I would call oversized or anything. My mind is racing because what if it's gone missing or something.

Funny because FBA tracking says its in UPS warehouse but UPS tracking says its in the locker.

Are you not able to get the parcel collected from your address? I found that for us issues occur when dropping off at shops such as the parcel being too large or not collecting for days and then us worrying about the parcel.

I'd always drop at the UPS Access point. Found two around, one morning collection and other 4pm collection. Never had any issues and they were collected always the same day. I'd imagine this is the safest way to ensure prompt delivery to FBA. Was it your first time doing locker drop off?
