Customer accidently left a negative feedback & amazon not removing it.
Customer received the item 40 days ago and now accidently left a negative feedback saying did not received the item.
Proof of delivery shared with Amazon and customer also complained about the product in messages but still Amazon not removing the feedback.
Please help!
