Amazon Buy Shipping Glitch?
Hi all,
I have had all sorts going on over the last few days with Amazon shipping templates which “mysteriously” changed everything to Prime which meant that I lost a lot of money over the weekend!
I reset everything yesterday.
Today there seems to be a glitch. Lots of items ordered by customers as “standard” post are showing as next day ship by and deliver by dates.

Is anyone else having this issue?
As margins are small this can be the difference between making a profit and making a loss.

are these standard orders, Prime or Premium ?
have you got automated shipping settings enabled with 1 or same day handling ?

Have you got automated shipping settings on? Are these ‘local orders’ and do you have the shorter time set in your shipping settings for orders from your ‘local’ area?
