Read onlyI recently completed a video identitification video as requested by Amazon USA via email for 'enhanced security reasons'. (I only sell on UK and EU)
Everything went ok and I received the following email:
"Hello, Thank you for completing your video appointment. We have completed our review and no further action is required on your part. You are now eligible to sell on Amazon.com. Thanks!"
However, the 'limited access to Amazon selling services' message is still appearing on my account.
I emailed Amazon and this was the response:
"We have reviewed your submission, but we could not complete your verification. As a result, your account will not be activated.
Why is this happening?
Your account has been deactivated because you may have outstanding document or information requests in your Seller Central account."
Upon checking, there are no documents or information requests to submit.
Has anyone else faced this issue?
