hello i am a new seller on amazon my account is active but i can’t list items to sell on amazon each time i try to list an item i get this error message.

when i try to get amazon to call me i get this error message

have you added a card to your account ? (settings - account info - charge method)
have you waited the 24 hours since adding the card ?

Are you on the Professional Selling Plan ? - pay the £30 a month fee ? - if not you cannot use call back.

just to check as well - how long ago did you register and have you uploaded all your ID - UTR or Ltd Company Docs ?
