FBM Order - How to cancel?
I had a customer place an order for 4 of an item (FBM), we have only been able to ship 1. So I amended the order to show quantity 1 and have refunded the rest of the order and told the customer. However, the order is still showing as Unshipped, with the cancel order button not showing now.
Is there a way to get this order removed?

We have this which is stuck from May, we hand delivered it as it was local but didn’t notice when we purchased the label so we cancelled it… then the buyer cancelled because it wasnt what they wanted and then re-ordered over the phone when they then realised it was… We’ve spoke with SS who told us to leave it and that it’ll eventually go away… 4 months later, still here. 
I assume when you click into the order it shows the info for the postage?
