URGENT: Account Reactivation Request

Amazon deactivated my account, requesting a 90-day utility bill.

I provided authentic utility bills with matching name and address THREE TIMES, meeting the 90-day requirement.

Each submission was rejected, despite fulfilling the criteria.

I urge the Amazon Team and Seller Support to:

REVIEW MY ACCOUNT

VERIFY THE PROVIDED DOCUMENTS

REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY

What is the date of the bill? (month)

Did you provide all pages of the bill? example: pages 1-4 of 4

Is it completely visible and not cut off or cropped?

Is it in one of the following formats? (TIF, TIFF, PNG, JPG, PDF, and JPEG)
