Problems with buyer trying to refund my refund!
Briefly, I refunded a buyer for a book that had not been delivered,…there was no sign of the book on Royal Mail. Three days later the book suddenly arrives, the buyer is good enough to tell me , and attempts to pay again thru Amazon. Ten days later Amazon have yet to debit her credit card and she is told that is I who will need to apply for payment. I can see nothing in Help that covers this situation. What do I do next ?

The only way a buyer can repay a refunded order is by phoning Amazon CS and agreeing to recharge their card, they will not act on the sellers request to do so.
Other than the buyer contacting Amazon, the other option would be for you to relist the book and the buyer purchases it again, on the understanding it won’t of course be sent, as they already have it, but depends on your buyers willingness to jump hoops to pay you?
