Amazon removing reviews
I have been selling on amazon for approx. 4 years and just recently amazon removed around 120 reviews of a single ASIN. I have not done anything against amazon terms to get those reviews and when i ask amazon if i can appeal this they just give me an automated response as to why reviews can be removed. Is there any way i can challenge this because i really think this is unfair as i have got those reviews legitimately after years of sales, whilst my competitors get thousands of reviews.
The only thing I can think of, but I am sure it is not against amazon terms is asking customers for reviews after a sale of my item through JS app, (not positive reviews).
Please if anyone can advise, it would be much appreciated.

Did you get any kind of notification? If so, it would be helpful to post it.
Personally, I would recommend against using software to request reviews/feedback, as it’s very easy to actually break the rules. ie. terminology changed, too many requests and so on.
You can literally ask a customer for a review, from a button. Which is far safer.
