Error 5461 AFTER Multiple Brand Approvals

It seems I am caught in a continuous loop of cut and paste replies with seller support. Several brands I was approved to list (and did successfully list until last month) have now been generating 5461 errors. I reach out and am told to go through the approval process again. So I do, and most are easily approved. Yet I still get the error. I reach out and the reply is that you are approved, go ahead and create listings. I send screenshots showing the errors. I send screenshots showing the multiple approvals for the same brand over and over. Not one person probably even looks at the information I send. I did make a call and was told that "you are approved but the permissions were not added to your account". He tells me to respond to all of the cases stating this. I do that and I am still caught in the cut and paste loop. This has been going on for over 2 weeks and involves multiple brands. All approved and all giving 5461 errors.

In addition I applied for 2 new brands. Both were approved. Yet 5 days ;later I am going through the cut and paste loop with them. One rep even sent me the link to the approval email they sent me as his "proof". I replied with the screenshot of the error.

Are you approved by all these brands to sell? Just because Amazon approves you, doesn't mean the brands do.

If you have approval from these brands to create listings for their products on Amazon, then I would suggest reaching out to your rep with the brand to make sure they have assigned you the correct permissions in brand registry.

Did you get it resolved in the end? I am facing the same issue. I got approval from seller support on the brand, was told to wait 24 hours but still getting the same 5461 error.

I took a look at your most recent cases regarding the 5461 error code you have been receiving. On case ending in 9981 the team mentioned, "you are allowed to list products globally (across all marketplaces). You may now create new ASINs for the brand. Please allow 24 hours for the changes to be reflected, post which seller can start listing their products without a 5461 error on Amazon. "
