How to Update Title/Description/Attributes for a Removed Product?

Hello,

I need help updating the title, description, or attributes of a product that was removed by Amazon due to a violation of restricted product policies.

I suspect that I mistakenly included a prohibited keyword somewhere because there are dozens of similar products still available for sale. I've been struggling with this issue for months.

I believe I need to update the product listing before resubmitting my reinstatement request. However, since the product is inactive and removed, I’m unable to make any changes.

Does anyone have a solution or workaround for this?

Hi,

I have the same exact problem, the Account Health team closed my listing because of some words that are on longer allowed (with the mention that I'm selling this product for 2 years and it was fine until now).

I've tried to update the Title, Product Description and Bullet Points and the changes are not implemented. I've discussed with the Account Health team and they said that this is technical problem and should be solved by the Seller Support, but the seller support is not able to solve it for more than 5 weeks.

I've tried everything they said to do:

-updated via Catalogue Upload

-spent hours on the chat with a lot of guys and they even do the changes on their side and said to wait 24/48h for the updates to be implemented - nothing changed

-I've deleted the listing, waited 24h, re-uploaded the listing with the same SKU, it was loaded back with old values.

So, if any of you have any solution for this, please advise, as I'm trying to solve it and I get all the fantasy answers possible, but nothing works.

Not to mention that it was closed without any notification, after I was selling the product for 2 years.

I also had this issue with a couple of ongoing 'violations'.

I contacted Amazon Account Health Support and they walked me through making the changes to fix one of the two issues.

The second issue (as yet, un-resolved) still has over 36 hours before I know if it has been fixed.

Yes, I've contacted Seller Support many times, the last active case is 10885713472, for which I'm waiting for a resolution.

If you can have a look on it, would be great, as I've been waiting for answers for the last 5 weeks and each time the answer was something to try out, but the issue was still not solved.

Hopefully this one will be the one.

Hi Ezra,

Not sure what they removed, but I see the same Title, Product description, Bullet Points.

And how should I contact Seller Support again? They still didn't answer to my case for 4 days, should I reply to the same Case? Wouldn't this trigger the flow to go to a beginners team and start all the conversation from scratch?
