Used returned products being sold on as New
Hi,
I sell boot and show dryers and recently I have received 3 complaints from customers who have received their order but the product received is clearly a used return and in two of the cases they are very used but Amazon clearly accepted the return.
Amazon are refusing to accept this and are saying that they can do nothing to stop this other than set up returnless returns for customers. I do not want to do this as it could just open me up to return fraud.
Amazon will not remove the reviews and I am now trying to work out how to solve this issue?
Does anyone else have this issue and if so do you have a solution?

I presume this is FBA. You must have your FBA Automated unfulfillable settings set to “Furbishment” (as I do). If you deselect it and choose “Return” in the " Removals: choose return or dispose" section, the returns will be sent back to you (at your cost obvs).
This won’t stop people returning used items but at least new customers won’t receive them.
