Customs forms for BFPO orders?l
I’ve just had a book returned to me as not meeting international Mail customs regulations from Jan 2021 . The order was to a BFPO address, however I only sell to the UK, and paid UK postage online without any prompt that a CN22 was required.
Am I right in thinking that adding a CN22 is all that’s required, and as I don’t wish to sell overseas, is there any way to switch off overseas sales like this?

All BFPO mail (except “bluey” letters) need a customs form - it has been that way for over 20 years IIRC. You will not be prompted to do one as they are classed as UK mail, so it is up to you to recognise a BFPO order and remember to do one. There is a setting in shipping settings to turn off BFPO delivery
