UK Disbursement Missing

We had a payout on the 9th of April to our Natwest account. It still hasn’t arrived. This is from our UK account. In the meantime we have had successful disbursements from both France and Germany. Anyone else having this issue?

That’s only on the border of being late. Don’t forget EU payments have quicker processing than UK payments

Check the disbursements tab to see if it completed with a trace ID
But as demel states, 9th was a Saturday and today a bank holiday so it may go in on Tuesday (3 to 5 working days)

Check your bank account hasn’t been changed. It happened to us following a hack.
