HELP PLEASE- Account deactivated

I was trying to register and my account is deactivated before it was even active! they’ve taken £30 from my account already!
they told me to verify using video which I did and it said I passed but its still deactivated and now I don’t even have any messages to say why it is deactivated and I can’t even contact support as it says this isn’t the right place to get help! absolute terrible joke or a service!!
how can I sort this issue please?

there should be a message in performance - performance notifications

it’ll most likely be 1 of 2 reasons
either your ID didn’t match or, they are still verifying you and will go on to request utility bills and proof of business registration

ALL newly registered accounts are deactivated whilst they check and verify all the info you have provided - both personal ID and business info.- it can take a while.
The £30 is for the professional selling PLAN.
You can downgrade to the individual plan so you do not pay any more pro.fees until your account is active and able to start selling.
Go to Settings - Account Info - Your Services - Manage.
Then you can request a refund of unused fees by opening a case with Seller support (Help)
