Unable to ''sell gloablly''

Hello amazon seller community, im facing trouble while i try to switch my seller account based in Egypt to sell in Americas region, i have attached some images below, please reply to me with help on what do to, whats the next step or what i should have done.
Basically after i press on Create a north america selling account i get redirected to an error page.
