Balance Carry Over
An amount in hundreds being charged from my credit card on Aug 18 by amazon and I have received the confirmation email from amazon payments team, as per my understanding the charged amount should be cleared as paid from my bill since it is directly being charged from my credit card.
However, the amount was carried over to my next bill Aug 18 to Sept 01 and included in the total bill and once again being charged from my credit card on Sept 01 means I have paid the bill amount twice which my credit card statement can prove.
I want to stop this carry over thing otherwise I would not be able to earn a single penny as all my sales + additional charges are already being charged from me on top of this if they will keep carry over the bill amount I would lost all my cashflow.
I have opened multiple cases with amazon, done with chats and phone calls but there is no reasonable response from them. What should I do in this case? Can anyone suggest something?

You need to work out why you are being charged hundreds, usually Amazon take their fees out of the money you earn, so if you are hundreds short every month that would ring major alarm bells for me.
Have you signed up for a global account, is it for PPC advertising? What exactly is it for?

Usually they bill your card when there are not enough funds available
For it to be hundreds of pounds without funds to cover it I presume its not referral fees or fba fees - unless you’ve massively miscalculated
Therefore it’s presumably advertising or VAT services as you are not a UK resident which could be a reoccurring monthly fee?!
