Tracked delivery INR claim
Hi, We sent out an order using Royal Mail tracked 48hr service and the customer claimed not to have received it, upon checking the tracking Royal Mail showed the corresponding GPS location and a picture of the parcel at the front door. The customer went strait to A-Z Claim before even asking us where it was and amazon upheld our appeal and gave a reason of insufficient evidence of delivery.
Surely if this is the outcome for all INR using tracked service may as well save the money and use 48hr service?
Thanks
Tiffany

This has been a problem for a long time, and many have asked what would be sufficient evidence. Amazon are still saying a signature - yet NO couriers are taking signatures now for over 2 years - madness on the part of Amazon.

Appeal again.
I had exactly the same situation. I googled the address and on street view managed to identify that the same front door was the one in the delivery photo.
Amazon denied the customer’s claim.
