Customer Collection Receipt - RM
We have two collections a day with RM.
We’ve been advised to use a CCR for our first collection, so that we can still produce one manifest a day covering both collections.
Does anyone know if the CCR goes with the driver? With the second collection alongside the manifest? Or we just file it away, as long as it’s been scanned?
Today was the first day we used it and the driver had no idea what it was, so he scanned and signed it and left it with us.

The form says that says the receipt must accompany the collection. Also, it says “Customer copy (white), original copy for driver” at the bottom. So I assume there is supposed to be a carbon copy.
