This just came up for us, it happened before. We just used a tracking number we used last week and it goes through with no charges

Is this a policy, is it a glitch?
No one knows as once again Amazon is not communicating anything at all to sellers.
I imagine thousands of people a day are getting this and yet once again the all wise Amazon sits in silence.
If it’s anything like the prime filter glitch/policy dating back to April we can expect a long wait for clarity.
The company once again demonstrates it is not fit to be running the platform it has created. I don’t object to being charged, I object to not knowing what’s going on and getting through to a call centre or chat bot that tells me there is no problem.

Any updates on this yet?
Did anyone hear from Amazon?
I tried seller support and got the usual unhelpful response.

Something, I presume, along the lines of
“there’s no rain today in the Philippines, don’t ever let a driver leave again without scanning a parcel or we might suspend you”
