I’m facing an issue with my first pallet shipment to an Amazon fulfillment center. Up until now, I’ve only sent small boxes, so this is new territory for me. After creating the shipment, I was assigned the DTM2 warehouse. However, three transport companies have already refused to take my pallet there due to it being "red" – meaning the warehouse is either overloaded and not accepting new deliveries, or there are significant delays in processing shipments.
When I contacted Amazon support, they said there are no issues with receiving shipments at DTM2. But clearly, I’m having trouble finding a transporter who’s willing to deliver there.
What should I do in this situation? I really need to get this shipment moving as my product is close to being sold out.

Hi Rachelle,
The shipment is from another EU country to Germany, and there are no partnered carriers available here. The issue was only resolved after I contacted DHL (which is not a partnered carrier in my country). In the end, I had no choice left with carriers because everyone else refused to deliver to the warehouse due to a "ban."

I can't confirm any "ban" from Amazon side, tho. However, I understand you were finally able to deliver your goods with DHL?
