2 issues, the trouble is SS are at best useless, and this needs resolving, as so few feedbacks, means high % issues, even though the issue is only 1x bad feedback, and 1x A-Z.
Issue 1: 202-5507307-1401166 = Buyer A-Z Claim. Amazon correctly see we authorised a RMA and provided a pre-paid RM label, so initially said Claim closed, then a short while later as the Buyer must have confirmed they returned the item, Amazon show 'Claim Withdrawn', saying to refund the item when we had the item back with us. Usually we defend A-Z Claims, but this time as Amazon showed it was Withdrawn, so would not count against us as they were indicating, we just refunded the Buyer in full as it was a low value item, even though it should not have been refunded. Then a few days later we see it shows as a defect, which on Appeal, they of course ignore the 2 AMAZON email screenshots and say it counts against us as the Buyer had originally (unfairly) raised an A-Z Claim against us.
We cannot open the Appeal again, which is the issue!
Amazon should honour what they say, otherwise it is deception and lies. Amazon withdrew the claim, so no defect should have happened.
(Buyer had Bathroom Scales, we found out later used for Commercial use, the free battery the maker provides ran out of power after a few weeks use, and so as then not functioning, wants to return, but wants a refund of postage costs as well, even though against Amazon Terms of course, so raises an A-Z Claim, after we point out Amazon terms to them. Item arrived back marked, used, dirt and hair on it, which the Buyer said why should she clean it. All it needs is a new battery - we even had offered a free battery, but she wanted to return as not working as used up the free battery with the item. So item binned, and refunded to avoid the A-Z Claim being reopened, but wrongly still counted against us, even though Amazon said it would not do so if we refunded in full when the item was received back).
Issue 2: Bad feedback (+ A-Z Claim, closed) - 205-6970126-1862734 (Case: 10644998402) - This Buyer is totally mentally ill (admits to having 2 brain injuries), and should be banned by Amazon from being able to cause issues.
Clearly wants everything for free and blackmails when she wants to.
Item sent on time, Amazon email asks us to cancel the delivery using standard Buy Shipping post, 2 days after posting, saying the Buyer is now away for 2 weeks. Estimated time not arrived yet, and in a letterbox anyway.
Once the Buyer knows that the post is tracked, attempt 2 to get a refund. Even though away so not there, says the Lead we supplied does not work with her item and wants a refund (we did not supply the item, nor the USB power supply that has to be the correct amperage, and just because a DC jack fits an item, does not mean it will work on a USB lead anyway, as may need a different voltage).
We say to return, if faulty we pay the return postage, if not faulty, as Amazon terms, the Buyer pays. We ask what CD Player she has and what amperage the USB power adapter, she ignores that, just wants a full refund. We rightly refuse as clearly she lied at being away, so just tries to get refunds. She raised an A-Z, which was closed, but the bad feedback remains. The feedback says: 'I'm really upset that your making me pay for a return! I have 2 Traumatic Brain Injuries and I live on my own! I am a Prime member of Amazon and I never have to pay for a return so I'm finding this Disgusting!!! I've been sent the lead today that doesn't work on my CD player. I contacted amazon today and they are NOT expecting me to pay for return! I want the refund from U of £7.99 in my bank'.
One of the emails to me is also 'Interesting' - she said: 'Can you understand what I am saying OBVIOUSLY NOT! Thk Jesus None of you have got 2 Acute traumatic brain injuries! I am ill? But you actually don't care! I could have died with blood in my head! I will never buy from you AGAIN! And thkfully Amazon will pay for my return! We are living in Dangerous time's now and without Jesus in your lives Hell is calling EVERYONE! Your lead fits into my cd BUT IT DOESN'T WORK!!! Wake Up! I will be returning it when I get back home in 2weeks time and Amazon are paying for my return So I want the refund of £7.99 back from you! I have NEVER come across any 3rd party stores to want me to pay for a return! So, I find ur comment Disgusting! I want the money back when I return this as I am a prime member of Amazon+they are paying for my return! Praise Jesus, we don't see each other because I don't care if ur a man or not but due to my brain I wouldn't be able to hold my temper with you! Look up what Traumatic Brain Injuries do to people!'
It is very difficult dealing with people that need 'help' and should not be out to look after themselves. However, why should Sellers have to put up with these customers, this must have happened before and Amazon should close Buyer Accounts, or at least only allow them to buy from Amazon themselves if that is what they want.
Bad feedback and A-Z Claims should also be banned from those Buyers if they are allowed top buy. Personally, a banning system should be in place.
Mod in the meantime, please resolve the 2 issues as I know SS won't as they are never any good and clearly A-Z Appeals do not even honour what their colleagues have said and withdrawn the claim, so a defect should be impossible.
