As the title suggests, we are facing an issue with brand approval, and it’s not an isolated case. Amazon keeps rejecting approvals despite the invoices (for HP and Canon) being correct and containing all the required details.
In the first instance (Canon), they reject it, claiming, “You need at least 50 units,” even though the application clearly states “at least 10 units.” For the second case (HP), they claim, “No info on the invoice,” despite the invoice containing full company details.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues?
