Entered wrong quantity on Small & Light FBA shipment
I sent a shipment in today and when I checked my inventory levels I realised that I must have made a schoolboy error and set the wrong quantity for two of the SKU’s… So one shows 687 incoming and one shows 32 incoming but these should be the other way around.
I tried to speak to Amazon to rectify this as the box had only just left my premises but they say nothing can be done until it is received.
Does anyone know what happens in this instance? I mean it’s going to be pretty obvious when they see the bags with the labels on showing different amounts but will it be fine or will I get a slap on the wrist for this?

The FC should sort this on intake but keep a look out and make sure it’s done correctly. Don’t worry, we’ve all done it. I forgot to declare 4 units today, hopefully they’ll turn up.

You can still edit the shipment after you sent it until the time it starts receiving. You can just edit and correct it. Change the quantities in the prepare shipment page. You will get a warning message saying it’s already shipped but you can click through that.
