Multiple Selling Account (Deactivation)
My account has been deactivated due to multiple violations. Amazon has indicated that I have another account linked to mine, which has also been deactivated, possibly for violations. As a result, my selling account has been deactivated as well. I would like to clarify that I am only operating a single account. And Since May 2024, I have submitted over 18 appeals regarding this matter, yet the Amazon Performance Team has consistently rejected my appeals, citing that certain signals remain active.
I have provided all possible explanations for these signals, including the use of public Wi-Fi and VPNs, along with an affidavit, but the Performance Team continues to deny my appeals. My inventory has now been returned to my home, which is disheartening, as I began my Amazon journey with enthusiasm and dedication. I have noticed that many other sellers are facing similar challenges. I would greatly appreciate any assistance and support in resolving this issue.
