My product information/features video got rejected numerous time while the other, similar products video got approved.

Your video was rejected for the following reasons:

The video provides medical advice, negatively refers to professional medical advice, or makes false medical claims

I have ensured that there is nothing in the video which could become a reason for rejection based on above. Also, as I mentioned above, my other video has been approved with exact content etc but this one video keeps getting rejected. Any help on this one would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

most of my videos are getting rejetced for this untrue reason. I am uploading videos of children playing with wooden toys and I cannot understand where I am making false medical claims. Some of my videos get approved and so there is no logic.

I have written to seller support but have had no help.

Please could someone help me understand as I do not even know how to fix the issue. I make no medical claims whatsoever.

I've raised 3 cases on this and still haven't had a helpful response, so I thought I'd give it a try here.

My product video keeps getting rejected due to medical claims, so I took out the medical claims and re-uploaded, only for it to be rejected for the same reason again.

So instead of me guessing what Amazons problem is with my video, I raised the issue with seller support, who advised to email reviews-help@amazon.co.uk with the following:

• Inquiry type: video rejection dispute or general video moderation inquiry

• Marketplace

• ASIN

• Video ID

As you can imagine, they were extremely unhelpful and emailed me back thinking I was trying to remove a review!

It clearly states the inquiry type, so how they came back to me 3 times with the same response is crazy. Incompetence at its finest.

I'm not getting anywhere with seller support, can anyone here help please?

I shouldn't have to guess what Amazons problem with my video is, why is it so difficult to tell me what the issue is?
