Recovering the Listing After Being Suppressed

I’ll try to keep my story short and in bullet points.

• Created a Good Generic Listing a year and a half ago, created a campaign and it started ranking number 1 on couple of keywords, both in sponsored row as well as in the Organic results, got good reviews to back it up

• Another Seller jumped on the listing saying “Me Too”, nothing I could do as as it was a Generic Listing without any Brand

• But I was still generating the most sale having the buy box and I guess Amazon knew most of the reviews were generated through sale by us

• Fast forward couple of months ago, I tried to update some information and they made my listing search suppressed, took lots of different attempts to get it Activated again, it took A WHOLE 2 MONTHS!! I know

• I have restarted the same Ad Campaign now, even added a new promotion but I see that other seller has the Buy Box all the time now (b/w the top ranking on those key words is gone even for him)

• It’s been 5 days but I haven’t received even a single order on it, the Ad Campaign is showing the same number of Impressions, not even a single addition to the number, I have increased my bids also but has made no difference, it’s top season for product (winter) so if any time it should be selling, it should be now

Sorry about a long post but please give me some guidance on how I can claw back my listing.
