Errors Listing Products

I’m trying to list a new product on Amazon Handmade but it keeps asking for an expiration date which the product I am listing does not have.

I have checked to make sure I am listing in the right category and I am but it just won’t let me save the listing or do anything with it.

I have contacted customer services and all they seem to say is to do a file upload but when listing items with multiple variations that is just a nightmare.

Is anyone else having this issue and found a go-round?
