We sent shipment Id FBA15JHHFHJJ to LBA4, in 1 box containing 2 SKUs and 74 units in total.

  • Checked in 24 September 2024 at 12:53 pm
  • Started receiving 24 September 2024 at 2:43 pm

Until now, 1 SKU (14 units fully received), and for the other SKU only 13 have been received. What has happened to the other 47 units in the same box?

The shipment is still showing the same status.

But what is worrying is that the 'Future supply buyable' was 60 units, but is now showing 6 units (of which these 6 units are from another separate shipment).

Are the other 47 other units now missing/disappeared from the system?
