Buyer wants to return after 1 month due to finding better price
I have a return request after 1 month. Reason is buyer found better price. Do i have to accept?

If the return window has not expired yet, yes, you have to accept.

Yes, you do have to accept the return request.
It might be worth pointing out to the buyer that in line with Amazon’s return refund policy he is responsible for the cost of the return postage.
That might negate the saving, and often decide not to return.
