Account has been deactivated and Amazon aren't arranging an identity verification interview

Hello,

All my marketplaces have been deactivated without any warning. I have filled out a form on my US marketplace for an identity verification interview and Amazon didn't contact me for any of the chosen date and time slots. Customer service isn't helpful. Raised cases are ignored. I have no means of contacting Amazon to arrange an appointment and I have a large shipment arriving and I can't contact anyone to discuss what to do regarding this. Can anyone please advise if I can do anything? Thanks.
