Problem with orders
hello I have a problem with two orders
First, should I send the parcel to the client, since he did not provide a telephone number thanks to which he could get information that the parcel is on the way, I tried to contact him but he does not reply.
The second one, I have one order but I cannot accept it, I go to the pending tab but there is no option accept I contacted amazon but I still didn’t reply
I do not want to cut my range by not fulfilling orders

Firstly you don’t need the buyers phone number to send their order and it’s wrong to ask them for it- just send it - put your own number if your carrier requires one.
Secondly you cannot cancel a pending order - when it becomes a definite order then you can cancel, if you must, but this will have an impact on your metrics as Amazon don’t approve.
Why can’t you accept it?

You do not need the phone number to let the buyer know the item is on its way as when you mark as dispached an email is sent to let them know plus ringing customers is against amazon policy

You obviously have no idea how Amazon works. You need to work through Amazon’s Seller University videos etc. You’ll find a link to it on the Performance tab on your seller account page
