The Amz platform won't allow me to reactivate my account; it just takes me round and round in circles
The Amz platform tells me "Your account has been restricted. For more information, please view your performance notifications here under the subject line ‘Important information about your Selling on Amazon payment account’. We’re Here to Help: If you have any questions, or you are unable to provide the requested information or documentation, you can contact us.
If I view my performance notifications it is all N/A or fine, ie zero problems.
And if I click on Contact Us, there is only one pathway which leads to me getting an email that refers me back to the first webpage. I just go round and round in circles. I tried this about 5 years ago and had a similar experience...
