Responded to a Buyer but his e-mail address was wrong
Buyer sent me a message last night, saying order not received. I replied this morning, but his e-mail inbox rejected it.
Amazon Marketplace responded, saying the message will be viewable in his Amazon Message Inbox but not his e-mail.
Is there anything more I can do? Is it worth getting in touch with Sellers Support on here about this?
I’m worried the buyer is going to flail and ask for a refund or something, when I could just ship him another item.

This is one of those situations when a quick call could resolve the issue to everyone’s satisfaction rather than sticking to the failed messaging service and possibly ending up with a dissatisfied customer and bad feedback.
