Invoice rejeted
Perfectly legitimate invoice has been rejected 8 times now. Its being auto rejected providing me with no real reason as to why. Causing severe delays to my selling.

I have been trying to get ungated for Nike for over a month now. Ive provided Amazon with a legitimate invoice over and over again, yet i keep getting rejected. I initially get auto rejected, i respond to the case and they review it and a couple days later, i get rejected. When you say its legitimate - where is the invoice from?

Its from sports direct - have heard from many that amazon accept invoices from them

And many on here have had the same issue with receipts from retail stores.
They aren't accepted as a valid supply chain.

This is not a retail receipt - the document says invoice

But they are still a retailer, not a recognised wholesaler or manufacturer.

The partner team tried calling the supplier to verify the invoice but couldn't reach them. They'll make one more attempt to contact them. If they still don't hear back, they'll make their final decision based on their risk assessment of the invoice.

The partner team contacted the supplier again. However, the supplier has been non-responsive.
Therefore, you cannot be approved for the brand without the supplier confirming the invoice details, as the invoice contains some risk signals.
