Book refund via amazon

Are you sure it is lost ? - claiming INR is a well known scam.
Was it sent via a tracked method ?
How/who requested the refund ?
I always ask the customer to wait a few days in case there has been a delay in delivery (a known issue in the last few days !!), and RM only consider an item lost after 10 working days since posting, so I work out the date and ask them to wait until then, and if still not arrived to get back to me. Many don’t, though have to say have only had one claim of INR in the past year !!
If you decide it is genuinely lost then you go to your Manage order page - Shipped tab and then click on refund order button.
