How on earth can I write to seller support?
Ive had my first bogus A-Z claim from a buyer who has used the item, now claims they dont like it and then changed their story to"wheres my stuff"
They have had the item over a month. Its a video game so they are not allowed to return this used after such a long time!
How do I contact support re this, I an find no links just reams of useless advice.

You MUST respond directly to the claim.
Was your game new and sealed?
If so then in your claim response simply state, and link the Amazon Policy which prohibits the change of mind return of opened media and request that Amazon deny the claim.
If this is an INR claim then use bullet points to demonstrate the order date, shipping, and delivery of the item and link the signature confirmation of delivery in your response.

Hi and thank you for you time.
Yes the game was brand new and sealed and yes I told the customer directly that a refund will not be offered unless there was done other issue.
No details to date other than and A-Z claim and now Amazon are threatening to close my account stating my defect rate is too high.
This is why I wanted to speak or write to someone.
Am I missing something? Will this just sort itself out?
