German Tax Declaration Acknowledged and Still Suspended

Are there any non-EU sellers who have acknowledged the German Tax Declaration and are now NOT suspended in Germany?

If so, how did you get Amazon to process your declaration?

I assume you are outside of the EU?

Have you registered for VAT in Germany?

Or have you declared you don’t need to be VAT registered?
