You need to be registered for VAT and your account needs to be verified before you send any stock in.
You won’t be able to sell anything until these two are sorted out.
Though it is possible that some sales will be allowed.
However, you will most certainly not be able to take any funds from the account until both are completed.

How will you get any money if you didn’t verify a bank account and how will you get your stock back if they don’t verify your account ?
