Is anyone else experiencing their sponsored ads being taken up by clicks, but receiving zero sales? In the past week, my full daily budget has been utilised but i have received zero sales for this. I have been doing sponsored ad's for sometime now, but all of a sudden i'm not receiving any sales.

I received an email on Nov 18 from Amazon Ads saying that I was eligible to receive a £500 promotional credit on Sponsored Brand Ads. The next day, I set up a sponsored brand ad and put the lifetime budget at 500. The budget spent within two days, but instead of receiving a promotional credit, my account was charged and I never received the promised promotional credit. Has this happened to anyone else? These are really deceptive and fraudulent practices by Amazon.

I've e received £50 sponsored ads credit. I launched a campaign and it is working well but I don't have sales. Just one sale since 5 April 2024. I am really new on Amazon and I don't have the tips to get more money. Will I have more sales after or no ? Thank you for your help.
