Vat!
Good day,
I have been having lovely fun with A-Z claims on deliveries with Amazon as a seller fulfilled sender, No end of claims from international buyers due to couriers not taking photos / gps evidence of deliveries, It seems the courier saying the item is delivered is not enough and left and right customers getting refunded, That’s a story for another day.
I was inquiring to those in the know as a VAT registered seller what am I entitled to claim back from my quarterly sales totals / fees etc. I am pretty new to all of this so please don’t hit me hard.
Cheers guys.

You’re best speaking with your accountant as it depends
Ie you talk about international orders where vat may not have applied in the first place
And likewise, no vat on seller fees due to reverse charge
