Account Deactivated

Our account has been deactivated for the past 2 / 3 weeks on Amazon - we’ve submitted a ticket on both the review platform and customer support without anyone coming back to us on this.

I can’t contact support as the platform states the call has ended - any support on this would be appreciated.

Yes to all of the above, which is why we’re a little confused on the account ban. All operations are within the UK including warehouse / dispatch.

We have expanded into Europe but that wouldn’t impact anything on the UK side of the buisness.

Hi! We’re also suspended for the exact same reason, but I’m also unsure as to what triggered this.
We have been able to call Amazon in the past, but our calls are also not going through today, saying that the call has ended, when it didn’t even connect in the first place…

I’m relatively sure to the best of my knowledge that everything indicates we’re based / represented in the UK - shouldn’t be anything which conflicts with it.

I’ve had a similar issue with trying to get ahold of Amazon support but managed to connect after several attempts - potentially could be an issue if they’re busy. Just a nightmare as |'ve been waiting on feedback for 2+ weeks.

No, I’m the only person who would log into the account to pull performance data / stock management. We had just activated ads from the campaign manager but the agency setting them up is UK based as well.

@LLT The agency used their own credentials as far as I’m aware but I can double-check with them.

We received this performance notification on the day our account was blocked but I’ve addressed this in the submitted appeal - there just isn’t any response from Amazon.
