Listing dispute - not accpeted invoices

I have been trying to get the approval on an existing food & grocery listing. First I purchased 10 qty from a supermarket and applied with the bill. However amazon rejected the approval claiming an invoice was not provided but a bill is. Then I made another purchase for 5 qty from a seller in the same listing via amazon and submitted the invoice, then rejected claiming qty is less than 10. I again made a purchase from another seller in the same listing via amazon for 10 qty and submitted the invoice for approval, still rejected the listing claiming below. however I have the brand approval for this product too. I am an individual but not a company.

"Hello,

Thank you for your application to sell Grocery & Gourmet Foods products. We have reviewed the documentation you provided and determined that you are not eligible to sell Grocery & Gourmet Foods products. We evaluated the information you provided, but it did not pass our review.

We took this action to ensure the mutual success of our sellers and buyers on our site"

Please advise how to sort this issue out.

You need to buy your product from a bona fida wholesaler otherwise you will be selling them as used like new not a good option for high end food.

Technically those are not invoices, they are receipts as they were issued by retailers when you pay. Regardless of what you might see on YouTube, Amazon expects you to provide invoices from proper wholesalers.

The UK gov says:

"An invoice is not the same as a receipt, which is an acknowledgement of payment."

Above replies are correct. Amazon will not accept receipts from shops/supermarkets, they need proper supplier/wholesaler invoices. Also, you cannot buy from an Amazon seller and then sell on Amazon !

I am an individual but not a company. - if you are buying good s to sell on for profit then you are a business, you don't need to be a ltd. company, and need to be registered with HMRC as self-employed (possibly sole-trader), and have an Amazon BUSINESS seller account
