SFP ontime shipping suspension
Hi there
We just had a suspension for on time shipping even though all our items were shipped on time and have a collection scan. Im guessing that amazon are not counting the collection scan as the 1st scan maybe. This has been happening since the forced OnBoarding of Evri and no options to use Royal Mail
I submitted one plan explaining this and it was rejected. Previous to this we had a warning where they replied they understood - but dont let it happen again.
Any ideas on how we present this? I called support who said that perhaps I need to admit not shipping the items on time and will better next time

I don’t think EVRI do a collection scan, the first scan is usually at the depot and recently I had 12 parcels scanned the following day. I had to chase EVRI up about this and when I had spoke to my account manager she said she would sort it and an hour later the 12 late parcels had vanished from my metrics - EVRI must be working closely with Amazon on this.
Also - have you got the pink labels?
