How to add a read more right under the title and image of a book?

Hi,
How do I add a read more under the title and image of a book? I have the product description
but it is too ‘far away’ from the actual book. I want to say that it has been awarded a recommendation or a prize.

The feature you are looking for cannot be added via your Amazon seller account.
It might be beneficial for you to look into Author Central if you are the author of the book. You can find more information on this page: Author Central. You may be able to add additional information to the product detail page of the book but I don’t have specific details of this or if it is possible but might be worth looking into.
