What is a Registration Extract? Never been aasked for this in 5 years.

Can anyone please give me an example of what a Registration Extract is?

We have been selling with Amazon for over five years, been verified before but as of two months ago, changed our Director on Companies House, since then, we have had to submit new documents and Amazon have rejected them every time.

On the last time we submitted documents, we have had them rejected due to needing a Registration Extract? This has never come across my desk before and whenever i ask Amazon for an example, they cannot give me one nor can i reply to their emails.
