unable to confirm shipment last 10 days parcel already delivered

For the past 10 days, we have been attempting to confirm our shipment, but we have encountered consistent technical issues preventing us from doing so. Each time we try to add tracking, we receive the following error message:

"We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with this tool and are working to resolve the issue. Please refresh the page and try again in 15 minutes."

Despite having 5 open cases to resolve this matter, the solutions provided so far have not been effective. Each case offers a different workaround that ultimately does not resolve the issue. We would appreciate any assistance in getting this fundamental issue addressed promptly.
