Safe-T Claims New Wriggle out to pay reasons
So, Amz produce the invoice and no serial number logged, does anyone know where to add a serial number?
What about items without serial numbers?
Manufacturer report needed as well, at whos cost, why should Sellers pay out more on an item to get a report?
To note this item was working, just received back Buyer damaged, so why needing a certificate/report anyway?
(We provided photos as proof).

With Safe-T Claims, previously, you provide a photo of the item, showing the issue (in this case, the item was damaged/marked by the Buyer, it works correctly, just not as new, which this was an unwanted item return, so should have been virtually as new. The makers box was also broken, again a photo used to suffice). Other photos included external packaging, internal packaging, postage label used, etc (shows not transit damaged, but damaged by the Buyer).
I am sure the manufacturer will provide a report/certificate to say it is working, but as we have not said there was an issue with the item not working, that process is a waste of money. What happens if the maker is abroad, does it have to go back there for a report? - I understand if we said not working, broken by the Buyer, but the item works correctly, as we told them it is cosmetic damage to the item, and as not expensive, cannot be resold.
Amz want a photo of the serial number, which in this case is not an issue, but many items do not have serial numbers, so we assume now a new reason to not pay a claim, when impossible to provide.
Amz also want: Invoice or warranty document that lists the serial ID of the item that was sold.
and in their terms, Sellers are not supposed to provide 2 VAT receipts, as it is automated by Amz to provide 1x VAT receipt, so they need to add the serial number on there, if that is now a requirement? - how is that done?
Does this also mean all Sellers must now raise a 2nd receipt with a serial number on it? - if so, surely we should be told in advance.
